Which locations do your services cover?
We are based in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, yet we cover all of Halifax, Huddersfield, Bradford, Rochdale, Burnley, Keighley and Skipton.

Can you regularly maintain aspects of my home?
Yes, of course. We have many repeat customers and references can be obtained upon request should you wish.

We have the relevant insurance policies in place to give you peace of mind while we carry out work for you.
How quickly can you fit me in?
We always try our best to accommodate our customers' needs when it is best for you. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we will get to you at our earliest convenience.

Yes. Please contact us to discuss a convenient time to visit and provide you with a free quotation for the work you require.
What are your hours of business?
We're available Monday to Friday 8.30 to 6pm. Feel free to contact us if you require a handyman service outside these hours, we will always try our best to accommodate your schedule.
What payment options do you accept?
Payment is expected upon completion of work. We accept payment via cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Am I expected to provide parts and materials?
This is your choice. We are able to source any parts or materials you may need but you're welcome to provide your own.
Do you charge per hour for your services?
We charge hourly rates for smaller tasks such as DIY assistance and assembling furniture. For larger projects we can provide fixed price quotations if required.
Are you able to provide references for your work?
We are happy to provide any references you require upon request.
Can I trust the person completing the project in my home or office?
Yes, we carefully screen each of our employees. We understand that trust is a major concern for our clients, and we work hard to provide a professional and reliable service.
